Description

The Kettenkrad (Krad for short) was built in WWII from 1941 to 1944 and built around 8,000 units. The companies that built them were Opel, Audi, and NSU. Our Krad was built sometime in 1943 and was built by Audi. The majority of the Krads built by Opel, which make them pretty common. The guy who restored it took him around 4 years to restore. It was used to tow anti-tank guns and even fighter planes. One even towed a 38 ton disabled tank! There you have it!
